Racing Simulator Trailer
We are currently working on a mobile racing simulator unit to be used at colleges in Puerto Rico. This will be the first ever Cruden simulator that is capable of being mobile. The unit that we are mounting inside the trailer is a motion-based system, which is designed to give a lifelike experience. The mobility of the unit will allow it to be shared at multiple colleges to improve cost effectiveness.
We will update our status of this project as it moves forward. The estimated time of completion is in the early spring.
MED-1 Mobile Hospital in Ecuador
MED-1 Mobile Hospital deployment in Ecuador South America designed and built by MED-1 Partners and Golden Gait Trailers located in Concord NC. Ecuador purchased and deployed 2 of the Mobile Hospital systems with cutting edge technology. Example of a Lift Gate Repair – Trailer Repair
This is an example of our trailer service department working on a lift gate for a car transporter. In the lift gate the ball nut screws were bad, which led us to have to remove the lift gate and screws which operate the lift gate. After removing the screws and cleaning them, we replaced the ball nut which operated the lift gate and replaced the Teflon glides on the gate slide. After reassembling the lift gate on the trailer, we serviced the remaining trailer parts.

How to Choose A Horse Trailer
Before considering a trailer for your horse, you need to take careful consideration of the actual function of the trailer. Visualize yourself loading your horse and tack. See how easy and well the tack doors shut, dividers close, feed doors drop, etc. Noise and rattle are other issues you should pay attention to. Shut all the doors, gates and dividers and move around in the trailer in a similar manner that your horse would, yes you may want to jump up and down.
